This manual recliner sofa from Celebrity Furniture can be made in leather or fabric coverings as the photos above show is made with a latch or handle release.
There are three seater & two seater sofas available in this range as well as chairs, and all of these can be made using a manual or electrical recliner action.
If you are worried about access the Woburn sofas can be ordered as split pieces which are then assembled in the room by our delivery team. The Woburn powered recliner chairs & settees can be supplied with integral heat pads and massage units if required, and there is also the option of a lift & tilt recliner if you need help getting out of a chair.
Made with a latch or handle release
A qualifying person is one that is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ which means :
- a physical or mental impairment which has a long-term and substantial adverse effect on their ability to carry out everyday activities.
- a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes, parkinsons, dementia, or a chronic illness which necessitates a complicated medication regime.
- who is terminally ill.
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who’s only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.
