This is the Sandhurst Standard Size Manual Recliner made by Celebrity Furniture. It's a very easy to use and comfortable recliner, when the footplate is extended out there is a full chaise underneath the back of the legs to give great support. The recliner footplate can be released with either a catch inset into the outside of the arm or with a handle on the side.
There are plenty more pieces in the Sandhurst collection to match this so it is easy to furnish a room in coordinating designs and fabrics. It's a great collection of upholstery for the more compact living space as the arms are smaller than most.
There is the option of casters or glides across all pieces. Casters are more suited to carpeted floor and glides for hard floors.

A qualifying person is one that is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ which means :

It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who’s only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.
