This riser recliner is ideal for a taller or larger person. It is the Dual motor version in the Ashfield collection from Celebrity furniture.
The seat cushion offers excellent support without being overly firm and this pairs perfectly with the back of the recliner that has fibre filled lateral support cushions as well as a high head roll cushion.
Dual motor riser recliners allow the footplate to be moved independently to the back, therefore creating a near infinite number of positions to recline into.
The style this recliner is neat & practical with scroll arms that aren't oversized & have attractive front facings. There are also recessed wings on either side that frame the chair perfectly. When reclining the footplate has a chaise which links it to the seat therefore providing full support to the back of the users legs with no gap.

The recliner is made as standard with casters on the bottom which we feel is best for a carpeted floor, however if you have a wooden or laminate "hard floor" then you can select on ordering to have these switched for glides feet instead. The whole collection from Celebrity Furniture can be ordered in the full swatch of both fabrics & leathers.
On this model there is also the option to have a powered adjustable head rest, which moved forwards and backwards to adjust head support and even an adjustable lumbar region too.
The handset comes with a removable hook on the back for ease of use to hang it on the side of the pocket, but there is an option to have a magnetic holder added. It also has soft lit buttons and a USB charging slot at the top.
This item plugs into a normal household wall socket to power it, but if you would prefer it to work cordlessly then please select the "Rechargeable Battery Fitted Inside" option when ordering. This means that it will not need a cable running to a wall socket to work, and the battery inside can be recharged in the same way that a laptop, tablet or mobile phone is. All cables are supplied by Celebrity Furniture for this.
When upholstered in fabric the chair seat has Mammoth foam interiors which can aid with poor circulation, pressure relief, general ease of movement as well as some pain relief. When upholstered in leather the interiors are a resilient foam which comes back to shape well after being sat in.
